The Schoharie County Department of Health is working closely with state and local partners to monitor the continuously changing landscape of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spread that is affecting our state, and the globe, at this time. Knowledge about this virus and its spread is constantly evolving. Risk is still low, Public Health is working to reduce the spread. We recommend if anyone has a fever, with cough or experiencing shortness of breath they should contact their health care provider.

Schoharie County currently has one confirmed, positive case of COVID-19. Public Health is working to reduce the spread. We recommend if anyone has a fever, with cough or experiencing shortness of breath they should contact their health care provider to find out if they meet current criteria for testing.
