Social Services – Child Support Enforcement

The primary goal of the Child Support Enforcement and Collection Division is to secure child support for children from any person who is legally liable for such support. You do not need to be in receipt of public assistance to utilize the services of the Child Support Enforcement and Collection Division. In addition to assisting with the establishment and enforcement of court orders, the division can also aid in the location of absent parents and the establishment of paternity.
