Court Dates and Times:
The Richmondville Town Court is in session most Wednesdays from 2PM until 5PM.
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, Criminal Court starts at 2PM with all Penal Law charges and misdemeanors. Simple Vehicle and Traffic Law (VTL) Infractions should arrive at 3PM on those Court days. The Schoharie County District Attorney’s Office will be represented at Court on those days. Court will be in session until approximately 5PM.
There will be no court on the following Wednesdays: 3/26; 5/28; 7/2; 9/17; 12/24; 12/31
If you have missed your scheduled court date, please call, or e-mail the court so we can advise you on your options.
