Care and Share (if open) Program consider emergency needs pertaining to energy or safety issues. An emergency medication fund may be able to assist with a one-time benefit, and the Schoharie County Council of Senior Citizens Inc. maintains a Discretionary Fund for emergency needs if an individual cannot meet the cost of those needs through any other program.
