Burial Benefits:

• Headstone or Marker
• Burial/Plot Allowance

Survivor’s Benefits:

• Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC)
• Death Pension
• VA Life Insurance Claims

We also assist with:

• Filing of Discharge Papers with the County Clerk
• Replacing Military Records (Discharge Papers)
• Assisting in upgrading or correction Military Discharges

The veterans and their family should visit our office as soon as possible with their original DD214 or other discharge paperwork since some benefits have a time limit from the day of separation.
